CALI Raffles Place
An all-day restaurant and bar on Level 2 at 2 Finlayson Green — where the coffee starts early, lunch is unhurried, and the city slows down for dinner.
The one in the city,
where the CBD comes to slow down.
Raffles Place brings the all-day CALI idea into the CBD: breakfast before the desks fill, a long unhurried lunch, and dinner as the towers empty out. Western plates carried by Indian technique — grilled, spiced, and built to share.
People
Plates made to pass around a table — generous, familiar, the ones a room orders twice.
Islands
Coastal and clean, Singapore-grown — Kin Yan mushrooms, Edible Garden City herbs, day-caught fish.
Spice
The spice cabinet under the Western plate: curry leaf, laksa leaf, lemongrass, pandan. Warmth, not heat.
Warm light, white linen, and the CBD at the window.
The dishes we would point to.
Curry-leaf season.
Each month a new plate lands and one signature steps forward. This month it's the Grand Marina Cod, finished in curry-leaf brown butter — our quietest signature, front and centre.
Book to try itTwenty-two meals a day, given on trust.
CALI keeps twenty-two seats a day for the people a city tends to overlook — no forms, no proof, no questions. The plate in front of a guest has a twin at another table.
A table in the city is two taps away.
